Problem

Card-not-present and account-takeover fraud programs often stall when overnight batch scoring and manual triage queues cannot keep pace with real-time attack patterns.

Solution

A representative build uses a low-latency Kafka + Flink + feature-store core, with model monitoring, evals, and human-in-the-loop review baked in. The safer delivery path runs in parallel against the legacy system before cutover.

Outcome

The representative target is a platform that scores card-present, CNP, ACH, and wire transactions in real time while giving analysts higher-quality queues and a safer cutover path.
